Earlier this year, “It’s Showtime” host Vice Ganda was rushed to the hospital after suffering from a severe stomachache. He then underwent a surgical operation to remove the kidney stones that had been causing him pain. Thankfully, the procedure was declared a success and he recovered well enough.
In an interview that took place after the operation, the “Unkabogable” superstar finally talked about the “excruciating” pain he experienced prior to receiving medical treatment.

“Akala ko talaga [REDACTED] na ako. Tapos sabi ko kailangan kong isigaw at hindi nila ako maririnig, tapos sumigaw ako. Nasa sahig na ako, tapos namanhid ang katawan ko, sabi ko, ‘Dalhin niyo ako sa ospital, hindi ko na kaya.’ As in ang sakit-sakit sobra. Pinakamasakit na naramdaman ko sa buong buhay ko.”
He was brought to the hospital thereafter, and that was when his doctor discovered the cause of his severe stomach pain.
A couple of months later, Vice Ganda reportedly underwent a CT scan for an update about his health. Specifically, he wanted to know whether all the kidney stones were removed or if there were still some left behind. The box-office comedian did not divulge any further details about the test. Nonetheless, he asked his fans for prayers and well-wishes for a favorable result.
Fast forward to May, and Vice Ganda has been reportedly hospitalized once again after he experienced stomach pains. A photo of him lying on a hospital bed was shared by his friend, a makeup artist, on Instagram.
